Waterfront properties

There are only so many miles of waterfront property in all the Caribbean islands. There will never be any more added, until God decides to create a new planet. Hundreds of millions of people in the cold countries of Canada, the U.S.A and greater Europe save their hard earned money every year and dream…….., only dream of spending just a few days of vacation laying on a Caribbean beach, catching the breeze and looking at the water, while sipping a tropical drink.

And YOU want to own a Caribbean waterfront property !!! ……in Jacmel?

Well……we have a few left. But hurry!

Our Jacmel waterfront properties are not flat on the beach, but up on a cliff. In Haiti this is a great advantage for three reasons. First, you can build some steps and go down to swim in the water anyway. Second, there will be no crowd of unknown people sitting on your beach every weekend, because they just cannot get to it. And thirdly, when some bad weather or a hurricane hits, like it happens almost every year, you will be sitting up high above the waves, and watching it happen in the safety of your home.

Oceanview properties

Of course, there are a lot more oceanview properties than waterfront properties. It so happens that the beautiful lots of BELLE POINTE SUR MER are laid out like an amphitheater. Everybody has a great view, and everybody has access to a beach within walking distance.

We have quite a few left. But they are going fast.

What happened to the trees?

If you are looking at the pictures and wonder what happened to the trees, you know the answer: charcoal!

But don’t worry, the whole Jacmel area has a very green and lush vegetation all year around. This land being developed used to be one big lime plantation. The soil is very fertile.

People who have bought property the last three years have planted all kinds of large fruit trees which are doing very well. Mangoes, avocados, "corrosol", "lame veritable", "citron", orange, mandarines, "chadeques", coconut trees, bananas, "amandiers", etc. etc.
